Shipping Policy

Customers that receive free shipping on their order will receive UPS Standard Ground shipping, or FedEx Ground shipping. For orders shipping to PO Boxes will receive USPS Priority Mail.

Customers are held responsible for all shipping costs for expedited shipping and any orders not qualifying for free shipping. We mainly ship via USPS Priority and UPS standard Ground, 3 Day UPS, 2 Day UPS, or UPS Overnight Shipping. Ordered items will typically ship within 1-2 business days of placing your order. In some circumstances shipment of order may be delayed for reasons beyond our control.

If you have not received your order within 10 business days of your order shipping, please contact our customer service via email, or phone, and we will gladly assist you in locating your order, and assisting you in receiving it promptly. For all orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and APO addresses we will ship via USPS Priority Mail. Unfortunately we are not able guarantee shipment dates or delivery dates. If an APO address selects UPS method we will convert the shipping method to USPS Priority Mail and charge for shipping. For packages that are delayed due to issues with a carrier service (FedEx, USPS or UPS) we are unable to refund your shipping.

USPS Priority Mail claims can must be claimed within 90 days from the time of shipment of the order. Unfortunately USPS will not be able to process a claim past 90 days of shipping.

For orders that require adjustments to the information originally provided upon ordering, there may be delays to correct the information. For orders that are placed with incorrect information such as address, product, or contact information, any carrier fee’s for shipping corrections, or rerouting to a new address will be charged directly to the customer. If you choose to not incur the correction fees and cancel your order, your order will be canceled and refunded less the shipping expenses. In some cases we may adjust the shipping method in order to make sure the product reaches you in the quickest way possible.

Orders and Charges

When a new order is placed, your card will not be charged until the order has processed. When we receive your order, the most up to date inventory on the product will be checked, and the order will be processed. Once an order has processed you will receive an email informing you of this. When your order has shipped you will receive your tracking information via email. If you do not see or receive tracking information within 4 days of processing, feel free to contact customer service. Often, our emails will be caught into a spam/trash filters as it will have direct links to your tracking information.

All orders shipped to California will be charged sales tax of 8.75%. All shipping charges are computed based on your zip code and the weight of the items.

Cowboy Boots USA may increase prices, specifications and availability and terms of offers without notice. CowboyBootsUSA.com reserves the right to cancel orders arising from pricing errors

Warranties

CowboyBootsUSA items will carry the manufacturers warranty. Each item will vary from product to product, and be up to the manufacturer whether they meet the warranty standards.
